Great business! Got my sons computer in the same day we called. Son was in from school and needed help right away. He tried to have Microsoft fix it over the phone, they couldn't do it! Took it to Best Buy in Champaign and the Geek Squad couldn't fix it! So when we brought it here, they knew just what to do with it and had it fixed the next day, even though it was the Thanksgiving week. They will get my business from now on!
They are sooooo nice guys n professional! My laptop screen separated from keyboard, n some parts got out. They fix it as a small problem without charge. Thanks a lot guys! While I moved out Illinois. Whenever I move back, I will come back to PC Repair!!!
These guys are awesome! I had a really nasty virus on my computer and Best Buy was asking for $200+. Thankfully I found PC Repair and they did it for half the cost. They were super fast and very effiicient, and able to backup everything with no problem! Hopefully I won't have any problems in the future but if I do, they will be my first choice!
OMG...What a life saver! I had an external hard drive with all of my data which died. Geek Squad said they couldn't fix it, I called the manufacturer, they said to send it to a place and they quoted a price of $700-$2, 000. I brought it in fully expecting for him to tell me that all my data was gone (300 GB of pictures, sensitive documents, etc.). Two days later, all my files were back at a FRACTION of the cost. Extremely reasonable and friendly. Great to see a small business producing pure quality!!! Thank you!!!
